| Selas Low NOx Flat Flame Burners Are Ideal For Refinery Fuels. Selas Low Nox burners satisfy the worldwide regulation for low NOx emission with nitrogen oxide emission of less than 50 ppmv ( 1000 mg/Nm3). The fuel air mixture flows from the tip of the burner parallel to the hot face of the furnace wall. The mixture ignites and completes its combustion as it spreads over the wall, bringing it to a uniform temperature. No flames impinge on the process tubes. This lowers maintenance costs since the uniform tube temperature increases process tube life and decreases coking. Burner blocks are not needed to use with these burners and they are easy to light, retrofit and maintain. Silencers and other accessories are available for Selas Low NOx burners.
