Rotary retort continuous furnaces are used to harden, carburize and carbo-nitride relatively small parts.

Automatic loading and unloading make the continuous rotary retort system well suited for high production requirements. Selas rotary retort furnace systems are especially efficient in the production heat treating of automotive fasteners, ball and needle bearings, bolts, roller chain, nails, nuts, screws, sockets, and washers.
