Wide slot burners are manufactured and used in the same ways as other high capacity burners but have very high BTU outputs. These burners range from 20,000 BTU per inch to 45,000 BTU per inch. They are used in searing, roasting, high speed singeing, flame curtains, dye heating, pre-welding, kilns, vessel heating and other applications where direct high BTU flame impingement is required.
Triple slot burners at 60,000 BTU per inch are the most powerful linear burners in the industry. Used in singeing fiberglass, searing, flame curtains, vat heating, preheating or anywhere intense heating capacity is required.
